We process only technical telemetry metadata required to perform click attribution and bot filtering, including anonymized IP hashes, click timestamp vectors, user-agent headers, and destination campaign URLs. We never collect sensitive personal identification numbers or biometric data.

02. How Telemetry Data Is Processed

Collected click telemetry is processed solely to match ad network dispatches with downstream conversion events, filter fraudulent bot traffic, and provide real-time attribution reports on your private dashboard nest.

03. Zero Data Selling & Confidentiality

Ads Track Nest does NOT sell, rent, trade, or monetize your campaign data or user attribution logs. Your ad performance telemetry is strictly isolated and confidential to your nest organization.

04. 256-Bit SSL Data Encryption

All telemetry payloads in transit and logs stored at rest are protected with enterprise-grade 256-Bit SSL/TLS encryption. Billing transactions are securely tokenized.

05. Cookies & Local Telemetry Tokens

We use essential first-party cookies and session tokens strictly necessary for user authentication and sub-second attribution tracking. We do not place third-party cross-site advertising tracker cookies on your device.

06. GDPR & EU Data Subject Rights

Under the European Union General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and UK DPA 2018, you possess the right to access, rectify, export, or request permanent deletion of your stored telemetry logs and account records at any time.

07. Data Retention & Erasure

Click logs are retained for standard 90-day reporting windows or as configured in your plan tier. Upon subscription termination or erasure request, all associated campaign logs are permanently purged from our primary servers.
