01. Acceptance of Terms

By deploying or integrating the Ads Track Nest telemetry script, connecting ad network DSP APIs, or creating a user nest account on adstracknest.com, you ("Subscriber", "Client", or "User") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are accepting these terms on behalf of a marketing agency or corporate entity, you represent and warrant that you possess full authority to bind that entity.

02. Telemetry & Attribution Scope

Ads Track Nest provides real-time ad click telemetry, multi-touch conversion attribution, and click fraud filtering. You retain 100% ownership of your ad payload data and attribution metrics. You agree not to utilize our service to track prohibited malware dispatches, deceptive phishing networks, or illegal commercial activities.

03. Subscriptions & Billing Cycle

All platform access tiers (Starter Click Nest, Pro Attribution Nest, and Enterprise Global Nest) are billed on a recurring monthly billing cycle in your selected currency (EUR, USD, or GBP) with zero long-term lock-in contracts. You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account portal or support desk prior to your upcoming renewal date.

07. Service Level Agreement (SLA)

We guarantee 99.9% uptime SLA across all European tracking endpoints and telemetry edge servers. Scheduled maintenance windows are announced at least 48 hours in advance via dashboard status dispatches.

08. Termination & Suspension

You may terminate your account at any time via your portal settings. Ads Track Nest reserves the right to suspend accounts that violate our anti-fraud policy or fail to resolve subscription payment obligations.

09. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Ads Track Nest shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from ad network network outages or third-party DSP policy modifications.
